The library has a few staff members who also serve as notaries.  They are not qualified attorneys and are strictly prohibited from giving legal advice. Please call ahead to make sure that a notary is working at the time you plan to stop by.

Please visit the RI Secretary of State’s Notary Public Information page to learn more about the notary process.
