Introduction to Qigong
Qigong (pronounced chee gong) is a practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness. The benefits of practicing qigong can be improved health, concentration, and outlook. David Hamel of Narragansett will give us an overview of the principles behind this ancient practice and lead us through some simple exercises. The exercises are not strenuous, are easy to remember, and can be done well by all fitness levels and ages. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Please register.
